Inside the Platform

What your analysts actually see

The screens your team works in, from the first profile to the signed-off record. The first four are the platform exactly as it is today.

Oomero Pulse
01

Start from what needs attention

Oomero Pulse opens on the day’s work: high-risk profiles, AML alerts, pending reviews, overdue re-KYC and compliance health, with the risk overview beside a list of everything waiting for a decision.

Oomero Pulse: high-risk profiles, AML alerts, pending reviews, overdue re-KYC and compliance health, the risk overview by level, and what needs attention.
Portfolio
02

The whole portfolio, by risk colour

The portfolio breakdown counts every profile, screening and monitored customer, then splits individuals and companies by screening status and onboarding outcome: green, amber, red, whitelisted, blacklisted, rejected.

Portfolio breakdown: totals for profiles, screenings and monitored customers, then individuals and companies by screening status and by onboarding outcome.
Onboarding
03

Create a profile

Choose the flow that matches the customer: an individual, a company, or someone who already holds an Oomero ID. The customer fills in their own details through a link.

Create a profile: onboard an individual, onboard a company, or onboard using an existing Oomero ID.
AML Screening
04

Run an AML check

Screen a person or entity against global sanctions, PEP and adverse media sources. Name, year of birth and country narrow the search, and the match tolerance is yours to set.

Run an AML check: name, year of birth and country, the entity types to screen, and the match tolerance.
KYB & UBO
05

Walk the ownership tree

Officers and shareholders come straight from the registry. Oomero follows the chain until every beneficial owner above the threshold is resolved, then screens each of them.

Workflow & Audit

Maker, checker, MLRO, on the record

A maker prepares the case, a checker verifies it and the MLRO decides. Every action writes its own audit entry with who did it, when and why.
