Built by people who have had to clear the files

Oomero started from a simple observation: compliance teams were not short of tools. They were short of a single place where the tools agreed with each other.

Most regulated firms end up running six vendors: one for documents, one for biometrics, one for screening, one for company data, a spreadsheet for risk, and a ticketing system pretending to be a case manager. Each is fine on its own. Together they produce a file that nobody can reconstruct six months later.

We built the decision layer instead. Signals arrive from registries and identity providers, rules turn them into cases, analysts act, and every step writes its own evidence against one record. The audit trail is not a report you generate; it is what the work leaves behind.

The platform runs as a set of Moleculer services with a tenant boundary enforced at the service layer, integrations with the registries a regulator actually recognises, and a permission model designed for teams of thirty rather than three.
